Hotel reception Staff behavior is very bad, hotel is not safe

Great support for solo wandering adventures. Staff was helpful and room was comfortable retreat. Perfect for independent explorers.

Location is average, no food option inspite of amount Was paid during booking, seepage was found in almost all walls in room and washroom. no arrangement of tea coffee etc. bad experience not a higine place.

Worst service ever, charged for breakfast but did not provide, no towels. I have stayed in many hotels and everytime via MMT. I chose this one only because it is close to the Stadium but I would still request MMT to not onboard hotels like these. We trust MMT but experiences like this are a big dampener

This hotel became our couple bonding sanctuary for the weekend. The concierge understood our desire for romantic experiences and provided perfect recommendations for couples.

Room service menu perfect for one. Staff recommended solo-friendly nearby restaurants. Breakfast timing was very flexible.

Staff made check in easy for solo guests. Room was clean and had everything one person needs. Good value for independent travelers.

the room give was very bad and small, the door of the room does not work, the washroom door does not close properly, the receptionist was talking very badly, the colour/ putty of the room was bulzing, the room was stinking

There were cockroaches on bed , AC remote control was not working, telephone service was not available, bathroom was not clean , there was not any accessories available like soap ,towel , moisturiser

The room provided was good and clean no doubt but the room itself was infested by cockroaches and ants. The property is being run like a govt. hospital where care and satisfaction is very less. I'm giving 2 rating just for the fact of furniture arrangement and bed mattress that's all.

Quite unpleasant experience! On arrival, the receptionist asked me to pay extra for check-in early, as check-in time is 12 noon. Then I was given a room whose toilet seat was damaged. For this, I was given the option to use the toilet in the next room; which was highly uncomfortable. I refused, but then I had to wait for around an hour to get another room. For breakfast, the only option was 2nd grade Paratha with pickles (no dahi or any vegetable) only. The staff even objected to taking water from the camper kept in the restaurant. Staff was highly inhospitable and rude/casual in dealing with the guests. Overall not at all a comfortable & pleasant experience. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Hotel mein safai ki bilkul kami thi, rooms achhe se maintain nahi kiye gaye the. Food quality bhi bahut hi disappointing thi – na taste achha tha, na hi hygiene ka dhyan rakha gaya tha. Staff behaviour bhi theek nahi tha – unmein professionalism ki kami thi aur guests ke saath achha vyavhaar nahi tha. Overall experience bahut hi bekar raha. Main recommend nahi karunga.

Very happy with the hygiene standards. Rooms, washrooms, and even the elevator area were neat and cleaned daily.

The staff was humble and always ready to help. The room and even the hallways were clean and well-lit.

Room was smelling and it has. To many insects there was no regular cleaning and Ac has leakage and water bottle was costly 10 rupees above the regular price

The hotel staff is very unprofessional, they took my phone on the pretext of completing hotel check out and gave the following review to themselves: “Very nice and good sarvice hotel are good staff very nice room are good best hotel in jodhpur thanks for all”. Honestly, the hotel is decently located. The food is good. The hotel is not maintained properly, it has dust everywhere. The food is good and restaurant space is beautiful but very dusty. The hotel is shortstaffed. The TVs are not working. The practice of giving self-review is bad and the manager should be held accountable.
