This is worst Hotel service It is only wastage of money and nothing more. Service staffs are very rude and non-responding. Room is bad smelling with seepage. Bathroom water is choked. No any Service like towel, soap, anything in this room. It is like a logde or Station guest house. Only Building is their and no service. I have booked with complement breakfast (charges extra included) but they have not served the breakfast and excusing by 09:00 AM and not having, will wait by one more hour. Means they denied it. I booked two rooms with my four distinguish guest coming for monitoring of Research trials in Bihar. Peoples like this has only created bad

Hotel staff is cooperative. Rooms are ok, clean. There is no restaurant though it shows on app for option of complimentary breakfast.

hotel is good according to the price. hotel staff is also coperative. location was very convenient for me. breakfast was also good. hotel is on the third floor of the building, above reliance digital store and the stair case is a bit difficult to locate. overall i stayed here for 3 days and i had no problem staying here.

I was allotted room no 301, which is a room with no ventilation and without window. Just a godown type room. Rediculus. Location is very good. No amenities other than a small pouch of toiletries. TV doesn't work other than YouTube channel. After 5pm not even tea is available.

No food is available in the property..and breakfast included in the trip but not serve by hotel staff…overall experience is average

The hotel wasnt ready with the rooms even tho we came at 6 pm They had not well cleaned blankets and bedding They dont have a restaurant
