very poor service, no working intercom 3 days stay but no any person comming room cleaning. again again a.c. switch off.

Rooms were ok and clean, as compared to other affordable hotels, considering the time of kumbh mela we visited. Location is good in civil lines near decent restaurants and market place. You don't need to rely only on the hotel/staff for other stuff. Food was very bad although it was complimentary/added in the price paid. Better order from zomato or swiggy or go to a nearby restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Rooney are very dirty with bed also, no toilet water, we paid with bf, but not provided, in my life this is the terrible stay booked through make my trip
