Pathetic. Pls ask the owner to stop this hotel. Nobody bothers for guest. No TV, no drinking water, geyser not working. No response from the reception. They are sitting there for scrolling you tube shorts

There are some issues in room regarding Cleanliness, unpleasant odors, and lack of maintenance. Lack of Amenities or Facilities: Issues with washroom amenities. The food we order from their restaurant food quality was too bad. And also they delay in room service

Bathroom taps are old please change it. And room interior was too good . Reception area needs to change

The Check in was 12 but the room was in cleaning progress so it delayed an hour,and the amenities were also not working like T.V was not working and even asking to recharge and switch it on,it was just ignored with false promises and even for towels,soaps and shower gel,I had to ask 2-3 times.But the food was good and staff behaviour was polite.Nothing major issue faced,people visited as couples also,no issue there,just both persons original id needed and nothing else.

Shitty room beds and not comfortable atmosphere. DJ sound comes in room all day. terrible. the staff is fine unless you ask them anything

"i had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to any concerns i raised. On top of that, the advertised amenities were either unavailable or in poor condition. For the price i paid, i expected much better. There was no connection between hotel and make my trip. Would not recommend staying here"

Good stay property is near market area. And staff are also good

The hotel staff refused to provide complimentary breakfast 18-01-2025 to 21-01-2025 and also explained the policy of the hotel where breakfast is not as complimentary but on booking time complimentary breakfast is mentioned
