they don't even clean properly the rooms even if you say 2-3 times and they mentioned with breakfast they have not provided that too saying that we closed bathroom is very worst u can see cigarette butts everywhere. I never recommend this hotel

dirty floor,stains on bed,no tap working,torn curtain,cant even spend a single night

The staff was really cooperative and helpful, had great privacy and security and a comfortable stay.....No complaint all went really good

Lots of pros & cons in the hotel : good about the hotel - 1) good location/amenity 2) decent room 3) cost friendly bads/negatives : 1) bad toiletry / tap /washbasin / bucket - (not even basic emenities like soap is not provided) 2) water bottle - unsealed provided (some mosquitoes) disclaimer : no complimentary breakfast. Even after mentioned. Hotel owner said no kitchen in the hotel.

My experience was marred by poor service and unfulfilled promises. After receiving confirmation mail when i contacted their customer support they didn't pick any of my calls i literally tried them so many times but no answer from them however i reached the hotel to make matters worse the hotel room was allocated to me was not as it showed in the pictures. I had specifically asked 2-3 times to clean the room but what i got was a very smelly room with no toiletries and dirty bed sheets i expected to provide a seamless and hassle free experience but they failed to meet even the basic expectations their customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful,

No towels no toiletries no service at all
