Very poor hygiene. Worst staff behavior ever. I regret booking this hotel. Total wastage of money. If you book this hotel you surely are going to regret.

My experience is very worst as rooms are not clean spitting of tobacco insects in the room i see a mouse in the room washroom is in a very worst condition staff is not good i didn’t stay i prefer losing my money instead of staying there so i book another hotel i will recommend never choose this hotel

The worst hotel I have ever seen , I will never recommend to stay in this hotel, the staff behaviour is also very bad , my whole experience got worse , it spoiled my whole day and money ,they have also tske extra payment for early check in 30% extra ,

Discovered a huge rat inside the bedroom . the windows and door were closed . so it was staying here with me When I asked the help of the property they said that it's not their job and asked me to complaint OYO. this incident was alarming . I kept the door open no common area fridge to store insulin injections Hygiene and Cleanliness: The bathroom closet was extremely dirty with what seemed to be permanent stains and deposits. The room had a constant unpleasant odor. Insects were present, especially around food, making dining very uncomfortable. Housekeeping was not done for three consecutive days, despite repeated requests. Staff Behavior: The hotel staff were not friendly or responsive, and failed to address even the basic concerns during the stay. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience, and it’s disappointing to have encountered such poor conditions, especially when booking through a reputed platform like ease my trip . I expected a much better standard of service and comfort. I kindly request: A thorough review of this property’s listing and amenities. Appropriate compensation or refund for this disappointing experience. Assurance that such listings are vetted more carefully in the future to prevent further customer dissatisfaction. The experience was so bad , the sheets were all dirty, pillow covers were not washed , they did not provide an extra blanket the one provided was all dirty, tge air conditioner had leakage issues and water spreaded all over in the room..the taps were broken the socket was not working..the bathroom was not cleaned properly..hotel staff was rude the receptionist didn't behaved properly...overall a terrible experience I won't suggest anyone to go here..they are not managing the things properly. It was worst place I went to for a stay, Total waste of money

Trust me. You will regret if you book this stay. This hotel is in some kind of narrow gali added they will ask you to cancel booking by saying we don't have room and when u will ask for refund they will say. We can't refund you anything. anyhow using my contacts and managed to get room in one hr standing and requesting. The room he gave was very small and bedsheet were full of greesy stuff.

The hotel room was terrible not at all clean. The washrooms were so dirty that i was not able to use it for once. Moreover no water was provided to me after asking for multiple times. The room was full of mosquitos and flies and there was full spider web in the room. Very disappointing stay at the hotel.
