chetta west hotel don't go to that hotel there is no drinking water facility they are selling 1lr water bottle 30 rupees

Very horrible experience. The rooms are not clean, toilets are absolutely unhygienic and very very dirty. Adding to that we saw young couples, singles etc. From this we understood that this is not place for families to stay. We can see marks on beds,beer bottles under the bed..etc and can't explain. As soon we saw this we rejected to stay there and asked for refund from property owner. He directed to contact OYO. We tried from there and couldn't contact Since we were in a hurry to attend wedding, we left that place. Later we called up oyo and MakeMyTrip. To add to surprise they asked proofs .. since we already left, couldn't provide the pics. Although we haven't checked in, we didn't get the refund. So pls be watchful while booking. These corporates don't help and your money is gone after you find the rooms unclean and unusable for family people.

I booked a room at Super Collection O White Ridge Kamineni (Booking ID: NH******0984) at around 11:30 PM on 4th April. Since it was a late booking, I tried contacting the property multiple times, but no one responded to my calls. So, I called OYO customer care and informed them that I would be checking in at 1:30 AM, and asked them to make sure someone was available at the hotel. However, when I reached the property at 1:30 AM, the receptionist told me that no rooms were available and the hotel was fully booked. If rooms were not available, why was my booking confirmed? I was left stranded in the middle of the night at 2 AM, trying to figure out what to do. I had to call customer care again, and only then was I arranged an alternate hotel 3.3 km away, where I finally checked in at 2:30 AM. It was highly inconvenient, mentally exhausting, and risky to be running between hotels at such odd hours. This is not the experience one expects after booking through a reputed platform like MakeMyTrip. I request you to look into this matter seriously and ensure this kind of negligence is not repeated. A confirmed booking should mean a guaranteed room. If a property cannot honor a booking, it should not be available for selection—especially not late at night when alternate options are limited. This was a highly stressful experience, especially at night. A confirmed booking should not lead to such situations. Please look into this and ensure it doesn’t happen to others.

No complimentary breakfast as mentioned in MMT, No towels provided, water clogging issues, No water bottle provided

property location was ok but the facilities as described by MMT were not available there, and 1)water logging in every bathroom, 2) drinking water was charged and Rs.30/1 ltr

If you provide bathing soap, tooth paste it will be good mainly bad network. Wifi is not working tv also not useful

The location was good. The room was good but it lacked amenities. As per supreme court order even basic amenities weren’t provided.

The room was decent enough, but the washroom was really bad. The management didn't even provide us with basic necessities like water, towels, soaps etc

charged extra ₹400/- in apolite way for pre checkin but room is good, no services offered even water bottle.
