ab tak ki sabse bura stay tha mera room bohut kharab tha room mai lock nahi tha The windows were not locked. At 5:39 in the morning, a man in a red T-shirt entered my room through the window and ran away after seeing me. And the room was also very dirty, there was no water, the water tap in the washroom was broken, there was no lock in the room.

The total ambience was good at the property with some minor issues like Wifi was not working and when opening the fridge you can meet the host as cockroaches and a very pungent smell inside the lift. After opening the Fridge full studio was smelling very bad. These things need to be improved.

place was Teribnle fan was not working first they alotted pre occupied studio than studio with out Fan washroom was extreme dirty and there was alot of seepage over there that was completely worthless

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience at the beginning was quite disappointing. We arrived 4-5 hours later than our check-in time, yet the room was not ready or properly cleaned. There was dust in the room and balcony, and it was obvious that no one had prepared the room before our arrival. There was no remote for the AC, and when we asked about it, the attendant claimed the AC was automatic — which didn’t seem right. Similarly, there was no remote for the TV either. After wasting nearly an hour trying to sort this out, we were finally shifted to a different room. Overall, the initial experience was frustrating and far below expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their room readiness and basic amenities for future guests.

It was a pathetic experience this time. The TV and AC remote is missing from the room the TV is mot working though. Water drops from the AC. I called caretaker several times but no one is come. The room was not clean also. There used to be a lizard also in the room.

Staff is not supportive there is so many issues we booked 2 rooms for 4 people but there is no light at all even they don't give us tb remote rooms are ap disrty lights are continuously coming and going and they also not picking our calls we are very disappointed

Worst experience ever. The basic cleaning was not done. Very bad smell from washrooms. I suggest you never book this apartment

Never book this taj studios in galaxy vlu saphhire . Do not even bother to consider your issues completely frauds running host is fraud Vikrant showed me 4-5 rooms all were dirty stinky smelly even not mopped for like a month floor was so dusty bedsheets were not washed not worth a single penny hairs on bed on floor and spits were there on bedsheet as well

One of the worst place like hell . Its also ,question mark on make my trip ,Reputation. I Never book through this type of website, its spoil my total programme.
