it was very terrible to stay there.there wasn't even drinking water available for guest. hotel's staff told me that I have to pay for drinking water. there wasn't warm water in winter of december. hotel's staff told me that if I couldn't called him time to time, he might cancel my check in.

When i went to reception they strictly denied that they have the room, though i booked from mmt. Then they charged me rs. 600 more to give me room. The staff was not proper in attequates. Room was dirty. Bedsheet and pillow cover was used. Small towel in bathroom was so dirty that it was turned brownish spots. They denied my couple to stay together though on mm t its clearly saying that couple can stay. Paid this more apart from mm t charge. If possible compensate for such a terrible stay
