Hotel O Grand Inn

there is no facility for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. No room service, poor management. The ground floor was a mess. Also they asked for extra payment, when we said we're going to complain MakeMyTrip. they give us a worst room. my booking money was a waste. I didn't spend a night there. The staff and manager was not helpful at all. MMT should block this hotel. I just got harassment by booking this hotel.

No room service, no cleaning after multiple request. Almost denied checkin, my father had to wait for 1.5 hours. Terrible staff.

This hotel and other hotels like this have started new scam 1st they take booking from the customer then when the customer reaches to check in they would say no rooms are available then will try to charge extra money from the customer or if you don’t agree they will tell you to contact customer support that can’t do anything because they are sold out but they are providing rooms to localities for hourly basis.

This property is new constructed. Near clean. Issue is location isolate from city. Which is a major issue, specially in night. When user don't get transport easily
