Hotel O Abc Residency

The staff was terribly rude. They didn’t even provide basic things that a hotel should provide (like a tooth paste, a water bottle etc ) when asked to provide one they informed me that I didn’t opt for meals in my room booking hence a water bottle will not be provided and u need to buy it ! They didn’t provide the Wi-Fi password. They blocked the TV in the morning. Pathetic service

Hotel authority said that it's an excess booking. they provided an ordinary room in a below standard hotel.

Basic hotel with all the required ammenties. Location is an added advantage for those who are willing to take local transports.

First of all they won't provide you with a complimentary breakfast even if you have opted for it. Secondly i have charged 1200 extra than the paid bill of mmt in the name of low tarriff. Rooms were not so good and not heating arrangements was there. The staff didn't provide you even basic complimentary things like water heating kettle. I will strongly suggest you to totally avoid this hotel as it is waste of money and very unpleasant stay gonna be for you.

Hotel room is god but room is on 5th and 6th floor and there is no lift and we are booked with breakfast but dosent show bfeakfast in propertys owner desk

Best relax experience of stay in ab c residency

The room provided was horrible. There was no windo for that room. No lift for the hotel, rooms are in third floor. I strongly recommend not to book this property.

Stay at abc residency srinagar is the most memorable experience for us. All the members were very cordial, supportive and food was excellent. They were always ready to help us. It is one of the best place to stay in srinagar.

An average hotel with poor infrastructure & facilities

Charged for breakfast when it was booked as complimentary during booking. Mmt customer care not responding

Staffs were helpful, room was clean, the only disadvantage is less no of staffs since it's a newly opened property

It was a terrible stay at ab c residency. There was no lift though hotel rooms were till fourth floor. Terrible room service even for water bottle, only two unwashed towel for stay of three adults, no food service in room. Not recommended for stay.
