My experience with super hotel O airport road Coimbatore was terrible. The basic things where not there like drinking water, soap. The taps in the bathroom were leaking and rested. The white closet was brown, AC was not working. The bedsheets and pillow cover was already used by someone not changed before check in

Worst ever experience in stay.. i stayed in Room no 103. check in at 9pm and check out at 11am AC was running but no use... used bed sheet, dust bin is with previous guest used waste... bucket and mug is not available in the room, shower is not working... very worst and terrible experience is flush is not working in the closet. I have wasted 1500....

When we went there they said your booking is not there. We showed the confirmation and they allotted the room The room condition is not upto the standard. There is no hot water provision and beds and linens were not cleaned. Bed bugs were there and I had allergy due to it. When we were checking out no person was there in the reception, Since my cab had come I left the key in the reception. Location is good because it is closer to the airport.

First up, The drive to the property was miserable and when we gonto the property our heart sank. The property looked bery shady , dimly lit corridors. The receptionist gave us the key and was doodling with our Aadhar cards for some time.

There is no bath towel.Bed spread was very dirty.They didn't change so many days.I requested many times to bring a bath towel.But they did not respond to me There were no facilities.They didn't even give a bath towel.Bed spread and the blanket was very dirty and had a bad smell.Bathroom pipe fittings were very dirty.They don't know about cleanliness.
