The room is very old, the Sofa's unclean, the toilets are not clean, the doors are not fixed properly, Cupboards are broken and dirty.

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. The washroom was not properly watered and the tap was not good. The worst thing was that they kept turning off the AC line for some reason. After telling us repeatedly, they kept turning on the line. They kept turning off the AC line all night. We had booked an AC room and paid for it, but they did not treat us like this. As a result, our trip was ruined. Checking in 2 hours ago was said to be complimentary, but even then we were charged 200 rupees extra. Even then, we would not have had any problems if they had not turned off the AC line. Honestly, this was the worst experience of my life. We had a very bad experience at this hotel. Stay experience was terrible. It was a third class hotel. Anyone looking for a stay, please don’t even consider it as an option. Smelly room, used and unchanged linen, torn sofa seats, uncovered blanket, broken closets, pathetic washroom, water taps with very terrible flow rate, broken bucket; you name any they had it all. While booking on mmt, it mentioned free breakfast, but nothing was offered. It had been a very poor experience intact my worst stay till date.
