•Their service is not so good. •There is not much availability of water. We have to ask for it and then they are giving it. •Wash room doesn't have a proper lock system •Socket plugs are loose •One of the rods of window curtain is broken, we also told them about it but no actions were taken.

recommended to all of you that don't plan to stay here, no services, no intercom as mentioned on mmt, even here is food facility is not available as we booked dinner from swigy I just asked them to provide 2 plate & spoon so when I called to reception person he just denied to provide bcz he is not saying here. no electric kettle in the room, I booked double bed room , room size is ok but room bed size is too small it's not trust worthy so if you are planning to stay here just skip this property if you booked this hotel you have to carry your luggage no one carry your luggage is it called a hotel I would like to request to the property pls try increase your staff & look onto service

Location of the stay is the main city. The staff was very nicee. Room was clean and spacious too. The view through the window of the city was mesmerizing. They helped us in renting vehicle also. Would like to stay there again.

I visited Super Oyo AM bed and Breakfast in season time, Rates were high and soo was service expected. No tea making facility, No chauffer accommodation, No in house kitchen- even for basic tea or coffee. this was biggest setback when you visit hotel in cold season. The hotel dont have in house Kitchen and neither staff know any of the nearby restaurants phone no. which make it terrible stay if you reached at odd hours then have to struggle for food and tea. If you dont have your own car don't visit the facility as you will struggle for food and basic arrangements, not very near to market and staff won't support. Courtesy wise staff is good. I expected better service if they charge twice in festive time.

Got there only at 1:00 am but just like they told me that they’ll wait for me and my friend .. they did and just like I asked they cleaned and mopped the room provided two towels and two soaps not forgetting the arrangement of the room and also the staff hurriedly coming out to greet us early morning and carrying our bags in I would say it’s best for Thai kind of rate the plus point was that the bathroom was super clean 👌🏻.

Breakfast provision was outsourced. No timely service. Free water bottle not provided in rooms. No tea facility. No tea preparing facility in room. Persisting power problem in the room. No near by good hotels for dinning & dismal transport facility in the locality. Overall poor service. Poor breakfast. Ac was not working at all. Good stay

Hotel is cheap but the facilities they provide are very low standard. There was no ligth in bathroom. I get washer after a hectic schedule that to in the darkness. Towel they provide are very unhygienic, probably they are using that towl from last 5 6 years. But the staff are polite and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the hospitality was good, parking for a private vehicle was available and not crowded.

Hotel stuff is good. But room furniture including bed sheets and other cloths are very older. It could be more neat and clean

I will not recommend this hotel for official person as they refused to provide gst bill. Food is not served. Location is okey.
