Super Hotel O Anvi

My experience is terrible because they charged 600 more from me after booking the hotel they are saying for AC room you have to pay 600 more but while booking Ac room is available so I have paid the amount but after reaching the hotel they are saying these all things. Very bad experience 😕

i recently stayed at hotel anvi, and it was a highly disappointing experience. the facilities were far below the advertised standards. the room was poorly maintained, with broken furniture and an unpleasant odor. the bathroom was in terrible condition – there was no hot water, and the cleanliness was questionable. the wi-fi was almost non-existent, making it impossible to work or even browse. the air conditioning didn’t function properly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. on top of this, the staff seemed indifferent to complaints and offered no real solutions. for the price charged, i expected much better. i wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the management takes serious steps to improve the facilities and overall service."

there is no lift n proper management n staff talk rudely n no clean rooms they didn't refund the amount when I was not stay there also 😞

Hotel an-vi which i visited recently was very bad quality of room. And for that poor quality they are charging 1500 which is totally waste of money. I will suggest everyone to not go to that hotel. And they are not even allowing for check in to room in which price showing in makemytrip app. Thank you

It was very easy to book this hotel online. They have a handy online platform to confirm the booking and there are multiple sources of payment. This makes it a very handy experience.

It was an excellent stay. My accommodation was clean, and the service was good. Everything was satisfactory. I had a wonderful experience there.

I went with my family. First they asked us to shift to a different building which they told is 60m away. When we started it was 2km away. Then the rooms- water dripping from room, floor totally wet, bedsheets smelling, pillow smelling. Then the bathroom- leave about toileteries, there was no. Basin, the jet spray pipe was broken, shower water was leaking entire time when we asked for drinking water, god knows from where they filled it. It was the worst hotel experience i ever had.

The service here was absolutely top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and quick.

They have just redesigned the kitchen in the shape of room with no door hinges in the bathroom neither geyser and tv was available they are just uploading the good room’s picture to attract customers and provide worst service.

I'm not happy with the 900- voucher as my 6 people slept without ac though we booked an 7 ac rooms and got only 5 rooms with ac and 2 rooms non ac. Plus the manager has used abusive language for my uncle at night after my last conversation with your team. I'll sue and file a case if no action is taken from your end. He how dare tell us that next time se aap log na kabhi bhubaneswar me mat aana. I'll not bear this abuse from him for my family
