room is cleaned...staff behaviour is good... friendly all of staff...food also good..................

Location was not good And queen size bed is their they will give us a extra bed but I entered with my two kids if they have not King size bed why they expect booking.

This is the second time I've booked a hotel room, but I didn't receive the GST invoice. I can't communicate effectively ; this is very frustrating

it's fine. value for money, low cost hotel but there was cockroaches in the room. Good thing was location of the hotel.

Only best thing about the hotel is its location. Overall a average room with average facilities. Washroom is not well maintained. It keeps smelling foul odour. One of the staff at reception desk is arrogant. I booked for 5 days stay and they hot my room cleaned only once during those 5 days stay. They were asking for the key to be put with them which didn’t feel secure as i have my valuables with me inside the room. I requested them to clean my room in the evening around 7pm but they refused and told me i have to give key to them or have to stay back at the hotel which is really unprofessional i think. I j ope this review helps.

The check in process was terrible. They had no clue of my booking and also the room provided were not for 3 people but mmt showed the options available. Cleanliness was not maintained and the manager was not helpful. The staffs were good though, they helped as much as possible so no complains there. The hotel price point is the issue like half of the price might have been good for such facilities.

Location is very distant from all amenities like hospital resturant. Food is average. Rooms & wash rooms are not clean
