Super Hotel O Bhagwanpur Chowk Muzaffarpur

I want a refund because a small room is given on the 3rd floor ,no lift service, and the opening of the main door gets delayed ,whole night fight with mosquito , very poor service

It was bad experience, mattress &blanket was smelling bad Washroom was not cleaned at all I think staying at railway restroom gives better service than this

Pic me room kuchh aur dikhaya per room koi aur tha room me bed ke alawa thoda bhi space nahi tha na door mat wasroom se aane ke bad pair pochhne keliye kuchh tha hin nai room lock krne me mere hath bhi kat gya aisa nukila lock tha parking area bhi nai hai

It was nice stay. All they need to improve is cleaning. The room,the bedsheet,the almirah dusting should be done
