Stinky smelly bed. Broken jetspray in washroom... drainage smell... dusty room... pictures on app and actual room doesn’t match...

I have waste service in my experience because ntg was there, 1) smell on the room. 2) don't have door bolt to bath room,3) no water at washroom (toilet). 4) on bed they didn't change the bedsheets also, we didn't even slept on that room. Location was also inside

Very dirty room and not available mobile network, drinking water and food. Service staff not available. He handover key on reception.

Everything is worse, dirty,foul smell, tobacco spitting everywhere, no tv is working, in kitchen a cat is roaming everywhere.

There was no cleanliness at all, there were no facilities, there was no drinking water, there was no clean bathroom, there was no clean toilet Not a hotel worth going to at all.

Food was included in the package. But they didn't provide nothing. They asked me to cancel to room........

The room was very stinky 😞 and the beds there were very dirty I am not recommended anyone it's terrible experience for me

best place to privacy and great service by staff. very much manageable and affordable rates . i suggest this oyo for everyone

Complimentary breakfast was not provided and even though there was complimentary early 2 hours check in and i check in 6 hours before and before 2 hours if we do early check in then the charges was 380- but hotel charged 500- from me and no towels were there and such a dirty room, tv set up box was not working etc

This is a great place to stay! clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Stayed in room no 305. The mattress was bad the springs were hurting my back. None of the switches for charing the phone or laptop were working near the bed side had to use my laptop whole night as an extension to charge my phone whole night.. the ac wasnt cooling enough, the placement of the ac and the bed was in such a direction that the no matter what setting you do the air flow never reaches the bed side. Had to switch on the fans in the room to make the room temprature better. No tolietreis were provided, no soap, no shampoo nothing. Just a shower gel which didnt even looked hygenic enough to be used.. There was no water provided - for getting water you had to pay the person for the water. There was a kitchen like area and the sink to wash hands was in that area. It cant even be called a hotel room it was more or less like a lodge. In the night there were alot of noises the sleep quality was very poor.
