Very very bad hotel

It is very bad hotel and they shifted to another hotel, toilet is worst maintanence no cleaning and no place to use commoud and bathing, no car parking no staff at all to serve or service. I request please cancel your tie-up with them otherwise no one opt your service in future.

The attender at the reception was rude to my wife. He has no manners how to speak to a woman. Rooms had cockroaches ants and mosquitoes. Lights went off. Ac didn’t work. Mattress had bed bugs.

The hotel don’t have any service ..everything we need to collect from the reception area towel , soap, water etc …no room service boy at all ….

Management said no rooms available in the hotel we haven't stayed there they are saying we don't know how room booked but no rooms available in the hotel. Waste of money and time because of them. They need to check before bookings. Very very bad experience.

There's a relaxed feel, and corners are neat. Calm and tidy.

According to the hotel staff, they were unable to provide a room due to some electrical issues. Instead, they demanded an additional payment of 200 units of currency to allocate a room in another property they owned. The overall experience was disappointing, as the service provided was subpar. Unfortunately, makemytrip, the travel booking platform, did not offer a solution to this problem so far.
