Positives: Good infrastructure, calm place, courteous staff. Negatives: Bed is always put upside down, one marriage group checked in at midnight - made huge noise and disturbed my sleep, should have breakfast optional and reduce the rate if we don't opt for it. isolated place, this time didn't get good deal (price).

Good customer interaction, Value for money, Location is not too far from city. Overall an average non AC Super Hotel O Day Springs experience, secured parking space is available. Receptionist can understand any difficulty shared by the customer, Restaurant is not available inside Super Hotel O Day Springs premises.

Hotel was Excellent I would prefer in futhure also and also recommend my friends the room were very good and the service and cleanliness are excellent it value for money. Good Super Hotel O Day Springs and nice location near town. No restaurant but arranged food at any time. Please look forward, the front office staff is very low in informations and very slow actions. Any way this Super Hotel O Day Springs is located at near by town just walkable distance. Good for our money.

Hotel was very good having a separate hall for Dining table, sofa, TV etc. Aowever, issues are I) No adequate manpower at Reception to receive calls ii) Bedsheets and bathroom towel were of poor quality iii) Service can be improved by providing brush, paste, shaving kit and tea. Coffee makers etc

Stayed here with a friend in a non-ac room and paid around 700, the Super Hotel O Day Springs is a decent one ... Rooms & bathrooms are neat and spacious, location is in midst of town yet in a calm area, enough parking space, helpful staff ... Overall a great value for money ...

Room was good clean .. Large size ... And I think room service shall be improved little more. Area is good and bus station near by ... Main town centre also near. Hotel Situated at Calm and quit area. In bathroom cold and hot water is there. Most attracted me the rate. Super.

Room is very good with AC and was delighted to see living room with it but it was not at all cleaned properly. Location is little isolated. But its good value for money and good for single person or bachelors. Not ideal for family. Breakfast was OK only.

Had pleasure to stay here. But food facility is not available.

Good spacious room since I had taken suite. Peaceful and quiet area. The only thing is we have to walk 5 to 10 minutes for restaurants. Otherwise for single travelers, excellent choice.

The facilities they provided are more than what I expected.

Staff were very co-operative and responding for any requirement. East approach from bus stand.

I got stranded on the day of strike. Luckily the room was available and the Super Hotel O Day Springs was nearby the kottayam bus stand. They allowed early check-in.
Comfortable and clean room. Occasional power issues were there.

A calm and quiet place.. Don't have any disturbance of sounds. Good room for business discussions also for families... Need some improvement in room service.. Phone is not working.. Room is neat and clean.
