Hotel Naveen is very good hotel, located on lake bank, and very good service and hospitality, very good for family outing

Room washroom bed nothing was clean I didn't receive breakfast switches broken

Room is not cleaning , toilet flush is not working and toilet jet not working, dustbin not available in room and gallery..

Property is near about 5 min from metro. But room was not like photo mention. And some other people always disturb to knocking the door

A very unhygienic room with many mosquitoes, no room lock handle is available and also a washroom, no give any service like water towal.

very poor hotel...I would say a lodge.no kitchen,so no breakfast but took charges for the same.... highly not recommended.

Room service was good. The room was very clean and the service was the best. But the hotel staff was sometimes playing music and talking loudly outside the room, which was disturbing us.

Mm t mentioned that they provided breakfast, but on reaching the venue, they didnt have any such provision. Room was way too small, in-spite of having better rooms, we were provided smaller rooms.

Rooms are not clean and very small for 2 persons to stay. We have paid extra charges for breakfast, but not provided by the hotel. Nothing was accessible near to hotel.

Room was really small, had no amenities as mentioned, not even fresh towels. Guy at the reception was friendly

The stay was terrible i didnt even stay for one day. They cut the room light. Even every floor and street have electricity still they are saying there is no electricity in room. It was terrible i waited 4 hrs for electricity to resume but felt cheated that they are intentionally not switching on light for my room. I left then and cancel my next day booking. I spent 3000 for two days and got such a poor treatment. Its shame that you guys still keep that hotel in your list. Please penalized them on such biased behaviour
