Tv, heater,house keeping . very bad . Customer service very poor . worst stay. And parking facility's WiFi not working.

Not a stay for family and normal people, disgusting smell in the room and it’s only for couple plan( Hourly basis ) poor maintenance

The hotel was average with rooms having a particular saline/damp smell. Since the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, it even doesn't have much dining options around. Thanks to Swiggy, was able to survive and sustain. Only advantage was the proximity to the start line of HCL Cyclothon Chennai.

They didn’t provide 20 rooms instead just gave 15 rooms. And none of the rooms had water supply in the restrooms so the guest were forced to leave the night without staying.

Location - wrong (middle of ecr road) Food- no food Facilities- nothing Room dirty not livable had to switch hotels at 2am in night searching for other hotels

1. The location of the hotel doesn't match the location given in map. 2. Also, the behaviour of the staff is worst. 3. The facilities and ammenities which were mentioned were not present at the hotel. 4. The bedsheets and pillow covers were very very dirty. 5. The bathroom was very dirty. 6. The flush was not working. 7. There was no water supply. 8. The windows were broken. 9. AC was not working. 10. When we asked them to shift us to a new room, they refused and started using abusive words. 11. Threatened us and gave us life threats. 12. The staffs were drunk and knocked our doors at midnight. On opening the doors, they forcefully entered into our room and started abusing us. 13. At the reception, the manager misbehaved. 14. We booked the room with breakfast but they didnot give any breakfast l. 15. During our checkout, they demanded for extra money and warned us that they will make sure that we will not be able to come in that area again. Very bad hotel. Extremely inhumane.

one of the very worst hotel ..this is not hotel cungested house building. TV not working. 1 day nearly 10 time power cut. AC not running at power cut time. . manager not responding properly. break first not provided if you ask they are telling to call make my trip. bed and toilet very bad.

rooms are the worst washroom doors doesn't lock bedsheets have a lot of stains i complained to the staff later they gave me another room which was also in the same condition. when sked again they told yaha sab aisa hi hai can't do anyhing no hygiene rooms are not fit for stay.

The room was congested. I had taken the room package with breakfast included. However, the hotel staff refused to provide breakfast.

Room was good but the way of staff handling the customer was not much better 😕.... need to improve in your hotel room items inside the rooms working but not in a correct manner.... In ecr this only hotel is budget friendly and near to beach and park ..... So think and book it and also it been An OYO partnership hotel but no problem .... 👍🏻 10 / 6

Room look like very poor, not clean full of dust. Beds was not good. Room getting bad smell. Hotel will not suitable for families. Tv was not working and wifi also not working properly. They is no parking space for vehicles. Rooms was small

the room is very clean the staffs are very good the room has yellow colour well decorated rooms white bed sheets and washrooms are also very hygienic and clean

It was worst experience, i will not suggest this for family and couple, (host is smoking weed when entering the stay)

The stay was enjoyable with a clean and well-kept room. Staff was responsive and warm.

The lounge area was comfortable and perfect for relaxing. Fresh and clean linens added to the comfort of my stay.

The team was kind and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable. Their service left a lasting impression.
