OSI apartments is a great organization, met great people , Our caretakers PRADEEP and SUBHAM both were amazing . I hope if possible to stay again. Sunil bhaia another representative, is also a great person , very cooperative. Will also suggest other people.

This is a very shady hotel . Doesn’t have a lift bathrooms are too small . Rooms are stinky . Towels are not clean . In short if u want to book it please check before you do . There were hardly anyone in the hotel.

This place made my business trip much simpler. Room was peaceful and staff was quick to help with timing.

This place is called "Ardaas" hence locating it was a problem. The location says it is four bunglows but it is at a very shady location in Mahda Back road not safe for women. The room I got was dirty and not in proper condition. The window did not shut properly and though there was a grill covering the window it was adjoined with the adjacent room, which made access from the room a possibility. do not book this hotel unless you have nowhere else to go. The hotel staff would stare every time I crossed the reception..terrible experience.

stay was very horeble room cleanliness was very poor, when we arrived room was not cleaned properly bed linen dirty, room floor was very pathetic condition, wen we call to reception regarding this complaint he was arguing with us there is no towels and toiletries in washroom no maintaining in hygiene.

I recently stayed at a 2-star hotel and decided to rate it a 3. While the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, everything else was reasonably satisfactory. The staff, in particular, were friendly and accommodating, which made the overall experience more pleasant.

They asked for unreasonable money for additional person's stay, even though the booking deference was 300, the receptionist was bad.
