Super Hotel O Gold Palace

Wasn't a good experience. Bathroom was cleaned only last day. Dustbin too was emptied last day of stay. Wasn't really a Super Hotel O Gold Palace I would like to go back to. Other budget Super Hotel O Gold Palaces, are much better in terms of cleanliness and services. Owner was too overpowering. Zero on services.
Noise, water kept leaking outside the Super Hotel O Gold Palace. Sheets and towel wasn't changed. Dustbin wasn't emptied. Tap water was foul tasting and very hard water. Wouldn't recommend.

Overall stay was fine. Room was good. Service was fair. Only problem was that outside food was not allowed, they told us to order from their kitchen only.
Out side food not allowed is big problem.

Rooms were good but little small for us as we were three person in a room but rooms were good and the service was nice. In total it was a nice stay.

The service was good and the staff were cooperative. The rooms were clean but they were quite old, the curtain fell off while opening.

Location was perfect. But the ambiance of the room was quite dirty and the room used to smell sometimes.

Hotel staff are excellent and the owner of the Super Hotel O Gold Palace is so helpful.
