worst ambience,not clean, no proper service.

I searched for hotel in Madurai and MakeMyTrip booked hotel in Chennai. Ridiculous. I asked for refund and MakeMyTrip contacts Hotel owner for refund. Bullshit

I didn’t stay there.l called oyo ( room tie up with you) they irritated speaking, their servers down . They couldn’t verify . Hotel people said it s not registered with them. So very bad experience . I found myself my room at night

i frequently travel here and there , after a full day journey, me and my girlfriend reached our hotel , they are asking for extra money because due to weekend the prices got hiked , we said we already booked kindly run through our booking ids , he said no rooms available for you , i complained at 9:20 pm and they tried to resolve but still hotel guy didn't let us check in and 10 pm matter got escalated to oyo , then by 10:30 pm they escalated to local manager, then around 10:45 pm they accepted to checkin, but they are asking for photo copies of identity cards. again after 5 mins manager again called them to let us checkin then they accepted our original id cards by taking their photos and gave us a room with no bedsheets , no bed spreads and no pillow covers, again we went to reception and complained , stop harassing us it's past 11 pm kindly clean the room and arrange the room , then we are able to check in and fresh up and got sleep.

The hotel was a fraud. Rooms were dirty. And the owner took 1000 extra for no reason. There was no breakfast

it's a non ac room , but for the price it is what we get .... affordable and staff are very polite , me and y freind felt very safe, as there are cc cameras everywhere , but the location is little hard to find, it is between residential appartments, other than that everything is perfect 👍

The staff are good, polite but the room is not clean and hygiene, bed was in worst condition, not even a blanket they are providing. The building got so damaged, there is no proper maintaince. Completed

Oyo Flagahip Grand Residency near Kasi Talkies is a Worst property, Not maintained at all, Room was stinking and dusty, Bed sheet was not dirty and unhygenic. The staff were rude. Person on reception asked me to pay extra money 500 or he would not allow me to check-in, as it was already late night i had no option but to pay him extra cash.

Superb amenities and a welcoming atmosphere! it felt like a home away from home.

Bedshit and blankets not washed for 2-3 months. Rudeness at reception. They charged 300 rs extra even though i dont need ac room. No hot water for bath. No drinking water. So please room good tag and keep it as average. No windows no ventilation. Rooms are in basement for booking and 1st and 2nd floor for payment incash.

Stay ke lye perfect choice thi clean rooms and excellent service highly recommended.

Pathetic. Dirty bed sheets, no towel, no blanket, geyser is not working, no soap, no water, no plate, no respect for the guests. They display a price and ask to pay double to check in. Nothing like the display pictures.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and there were no concerns during my stay.
