Property is not at all suitable for family. Bedsheets and pillow covers were having dark patches and spots. After changing many times finally hotel provided new sheets to us ( but only for one room out of three rooms booked. Even room keys was not readily available. One room's shower was not working, other room's faucet was not working. Tv remote, ac remote battery was fully drained. But even after complaining no one bothered. Hotel itself is in very narrow lane, with very narrow entry which passes through a cow shed. Overall this hotel should be avoided even if your budget is less.

Dirty room and washroom. Tv was not working. Mattress was uncomfortable. No geyser available with the price offered to me. Very poor service.

Very poor staff not work properly. Ac not working in one room so i change tha room at 2 am. They wait me in reception in 1hour at mid night. At not confirmed my advance booking. And demaand mony for new bookin. I call make my trip coustumer care and resolve my issue

shows the price around but when I reached the hotel they asked for rs 1200 more which was not shown so I had to pay that amount to stay there which means total was around which was not mentioned anywhere and also I booked for 2 guest but it showed there only one guest.

My check-in time was 12. 00 pm, but hotel give me the room on 4. 00 pm. 4 hrs waiting for the check-in room.

Never suggest anyone book this hotel its totally poor hotel. Reception person also is not good behavior. .

Navigation location is wrong. The amenities given was not fulfilled i. E no hotwater, no tv etc. Even the soap the are providing for bath is used for utensils cleaning. Very bad experience. Even the hotel staff behavior was not ok.

Hotel room is very clean, newly made building, staff are cooperative, but property location is good but so confusing path.
