Hard to find location, staff was not good, rude behavior, small rooms with dirty smell and dirty bedsheets. Never ever I will not use Oyo rooms again.

Hotel is good but some problems were there.

I have left my material there when I call they said we allotted room many time. So didn't get your material. So my advise is that whenever Guest left room then check it. Then allot the room. We are come from long distance if we lost our material. Then what should the safety of hotel. I tried at least 2-4 time talk with them. They said same answer. Please check when you book hotel whenever you left hotel check your material please. I made mistake I tried my best but not get. So be aware about your material.

We booked deluxe but they didn't provide. Also add bf free but they denied to serve. Rats were in the room and we called the staff by call but they didn't come. We called for House keeping they also didn't come. Spoil our stay. Staff is so response less.

In Paharganj mostly hotel has no air flow ventilation, without A/C in summer not possible to stay in standard room. Very narrow passage no air ventilation, in summer it is difficult to stay in a standard room, the toilet has a tree inside, from there small Creature coming.

It's a good place for stop overs if you are travelling by train since it's close to new Delhi Station. And it's close to metro Station as well. Lot of eating out options are also available Around this place.

The hotel is so so in terms of its ambiance. Once the flush was not working. Another time the wash basin wasn't. The best part is it's proximity to the new Delhi Railway Station. Don't have high expectation from this place and if you are going there to just as a stop over then it's perfect. Staff is quite understanding. It's close to R.K.Ashram metro station so traveling is easy.
