Super Hotel O Hosur Road Near PES University

My solo overnight was good. Room was clean and staff were helpful. Everything worked properly and I got the rest I needed here.

Nice place for solo guests. Room was comfortable and staff were friendly. Had a good experience and would stay here again happily.

I had a terrible stay for 4 days at Super Hotel O near PES University. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I faced multiple issues, and even after raising complaints with proof, the management didn’t take any action or change my room. Here are the problems I faced during my stay: • The washroom was not clean, and the toilet flush was broken. • The glass mirror was cracked. • The Wi-Fi was not working in entire 4 days stay • Basic facilities like towels and water bottles were not provided. • The room had a strong smell of cigarettes. • The bed sheets were not changed and getting smelled • The room was not cleaned daily, and there was no room service. • The hotel doesn’t have a kitchen, yet they charge for breakfast and don’t allow food from outside. It was a completely disappointing experience, and the management was unresponsive. I strongly recommend that no one should book this hotel.

Both of us felt at ease here. Our room had everything and staff created a comfortable environment for us always.

Not clean . Rooms are filthy geyser is not working ac is not working waste of money. Cigarette smell into ac

No room cleaning. The workers also did not provide the necessary service. The room was in a pathetic state — dirty floors, stained and dusty bedsheets that made me question whether they were even changed

It was terrible stay . We didn’t sleep whole night . Dirty every where inside the rooms . Bad smell and bed bugs were more 500 inside our rooms. I went with my family felt very bad and-shame to stay here . It is not at all safe for a family to stay in this hotel that too when u want to stay with kids .

Hotel staff are highly competent that ensures an availability of required infrastructure and atmosphere which is ideal for work travel.

Easy to get in and out of bed. Just the right height for both of us. Made our stay more comfortable overall.

I booked a room but while reaching there they informed me that room was occupied, I have to pay Rs200/- more for other room like that or I have to take the room they giving. The room given by them is very average, not cleaned properly, cockroaches running and all.

No clean, bed sheet and pillows seems not washed for years , stinky beds and pillows bed bugs can’t let you sleep.....🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️

The rooms were dirty and very smelly,the bed broke in the middle of the night had to change rooms it was such a mess,couldn’t sleep a bit because of the horrendous smell,they said will change the room in the Morning but didn’t so we had to checkout early,waste of time and money
