Pathetic service. The bed sheet was very dirty they didn’t even change it for us. We reached late and they were very rude

Bed cloth was poor maintenance. The room was very small. The window cloth is too dirty and dusty. No drinking water provisions free of cost. Totally disappointed to have booked this hotel.

very bad rooms and terrible condition of bedsheets and blanket , towels and blankets not washed and are given of the previous customers , also water is not available at times in bathroom.

I have to wait for approx 45 minutes to check in..and it was not early check in, firstly they said audit is going on so you have to wait for checkin..then they said maintenance is going on. After check in when I called for tv not working, no one bother to come and check, till the checkout. Lastly they ask for your mobile to entry feedback themself. Room was clean but small
