We enjoyed our time here. Our room was clean and staff was available whenever both of us needed any assistance.

We received perfect couple certification during our stay here. Maintenance demonstrated certified excellence in romantic service through flawless execution of all couple amenity details.

Plenty of room for both our toiletries. Nothing felt cramped or messy. Easy to organize our morning routines.

We enjoyed every aspect of our family stay! Our little one was relaxed and smiling. Our relationships grew stronger.

This hotel made our romance shine! Excellent service, comfortable rooms, and amazing staff. We felt more connected than ever before.

This place cares about solo travelers. Room was set up nicely for one person and staff checked if I needed anything.

Rooms are not clean.Walls of rooms are covered with moulds and fungus.I have got allergy due to same.

Rooms are Okay. No TV as Subscription to Tata Sky had expired. No Towels in the room. was denied booking at first, then subsequently they gave the room

The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean. But the sound of the fan was very loud. Because of this I could not sleep the whole night.It seemed as if the fan would fall.

REVIEW OF THE HOTEL The Hotel quality was terrible. It had no buckets or bucket, mug or soap in the bathroom. After requesting we got a bucket and mug but they refused to give a soap. The bathroom was not clean and the Mirror was missing making it difficult to even shave. The TV was not working and even after the Hotel changed the TataPlay setup Box, it did not work in our entire stay. There was no bed tea given nor were there utensils or kettle to make tea in the room. We had to go to a nearby shabby Restaurant nearby to get bed tea and then Breakfast. The Hotel reception informed us that their kitchen was not functional. Even the Bedsheets and towels were not clean and had be be changed. Our stay was terrible . I would not recommend this Hotel for anyone. A total waste of money.

it's a bad room because the wash room is not cleaned . please don't refer such hotels to customers . as per package I have paid for the breakfast, it was not available in hotel

Book this hotel on your own risk. Reasons: 1- It is an Oyo rooms, not a proper hotel to stay for commercial purpose 2- Breakfast service is not available as they do not have the kitchen- I paid for breakfast while Booking it through MakeMyTrip but money was non-refundable 3- No facility of Tea/Coffee/Green tea etc. 4-Interior of the rooms is poor and quality of washroom is also very poor. 5- Staff is not so responsible.

I stayed here for two days and booked two rooms for four adults with a complimentary breakfast. However, my experience was horrible from the moment I arrived. When I went to the reception to collect the room keys, there was a person in the reception, he simply told me to call a number instead of assisting me. He doesn’t know anything but sitting on the receptionist chair, such an unprofessional attitude! He had no basic sense of how to treat a customer. While entering the room, I found the door lock system was almost broken, and when I struggled with it, the staff saw me through their camera and made a rude comment, I showed them respect, but they responded with arrogance and rudeness. Regarding breakfast, I had booked two rooms for four adults with complimentary breakfast included. However, the staff told that only two breakfasts would be provided. When I questioned them, they kept arguing, saying that their system showed only two breakfasts. This is misleading because complimentary breakfast should be provided for all four guests. , and only after that did they agree to provide four breakfasts. But the next morning, another manager again denied it, saying their hotel doesn’t even have a kitchen! Then why do they advertise breakfast on the booking The manager told me to go to a nearby restaurant for breakfast and we have to pay 2 people's breakfast. This is completely unacceptable! If the hotel cannot provide breakfast,promises. The overall experience was terrible due to the unprofessional, rude, and arrogant behavior of the staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Rating: 2/10

The property is located in a residential area. I was apprehensive about the stay. But the room was exactly as described. A small descent room, clean bed, small functional bathroom with hot water. The fan and AC were function well too. The only problems I faced was the water leaked all night from the AC n had to wake up with a big puddle of water right beside the bed. The charging sockets were not functional n it was difficult to charge our mobiles. There is a decent tapri right opposite the property serving good tea n snacks. All in all a decent stay if you are going to be out the whole day.

The room was filthy, with dust everywhere and the sheets were stained."  The room was outdated, with worn furniture and malfunctioning appliances.

The staff’s care and the wellkept room made this an excellent choice for the price.

The bed was super soft, and the room was clean. Staff made sure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.
