Super Hotel O Kurnool Near Kurnool Medical College

Overall good. The location was very good. I didn't opt for food, so I can't comment on the food part. Amenities and services are good, however there were some mosquitoes and the team changed the room immediately.

Bed sheets were not cleaned properly, I've to use my own one. Especially there is no water heater, they claim that, they have solar heater and it works on peak heating hours (10 am-4 pm), I am forced to take bath with cold water.

The sheets were dirty we asked to change it but they move us in the another room that was dirty too, we left the hotel

There No Reception Person When I visit , i Reached Morning 6 am ,They Given Room at 7:00 am, Even Could not Provide Double Bed , also I Included Breakfast in the Bill , they purchase from Footpath wendor ,Not at all good extra 300 for Breakfast Not Worth this Hotel .

it was a good stay,but the room could have a better ambience. the bedsheets provided to me were untidy nd not properly cleaned.

Hit water is not coming in the night and Ac is not working in one of the room I have booked and staff didn't inform about that , late in the night we have asked and changed to room

Room was clean. Staff were polite. Bathroom was also neat. AC was working. I would recommend this hotel.

Hi I visited kurnool on a business plan As per pictures shown in the hotel page was not the same in Live. I Booked and they don't have a knowledgeable person to confirm the same at the check in time. The bedsheets have stain marks no proper neatness Regarding the washroom the foul smell is coming out . I won't visit or recommend any one by check in by looking in the page or photos of the Rooms provided by them. I booked including brakefast as per my standards. They don't even know and the person says in a rude way ok we will get the food but water we don't u should get by yourself. Hope it's not the correct way Staff is good but management should take care of the Rooms and it's amenities

Hotel staff said no vacant classic room available for my advance paid booking. Finally they allotted a single room, i don't have any further choice so accepted the single room. When i paid full room fare in advance but room not allotted for me as per booking invoice classic room. It is a terrible stay at the hotel.

Loaction is fine, Amenities are not at par. Even though i booked a classic room. They have offered me a basic room saying that there is no availability.
