The rooms are not at all clean and heguine no proper cleaning is available bed is not clean no toliteiry is provided not even no complimentary breakfast is avalible no proper guidlindes regaring check in complimentary check in before 2 hours is provided i have to pay extra 300 rupess for checking in early

The worst hotel experience I ever had in Vijayawada. It appears as if the hotel left no stone unturned to cause inconvenience to its customers. Starting with the approach road to hotel, it has been dug up for 100 meters on both sides such that not even a two wheeler would reach the hotel. So if you are someone with a little luggage, good luck walking all the way. Out of my three days stay, there were no room boys or service for two days. Bath towels were in short supply. I encountered cockroaches and a centipede in my room. The location of the hotel is good as it is close to heart of the city but the maintenance is really bad.
