Super Hotel O Maa Residency

I don’t understand how this property is rated as a 3-star hotel – The rooms were infested with bed bugs and mosquitoes, had a constant stinky smell, and were extremely uncomfortable. To make things worse, the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. If possible,

Good stay Light problem

The hotel didn’t allowed us to check in .. We have already raised a complaint but still we haven’t recieved any response from your end

The expereinece is not very good. Dont go with 5 star reviews. The bathrooms are not at all well maintained. The hotels staffs are not ready to accept their fault about the cleanliness. They were trying to justify themselves. Pillow were very dirty and pillow cover was stained. Bathroom flush will work only for 1st time. The commode jets are not working. Don't go with the hotel and room pictures. They built it with white marble. That's why the pics are good. Rest all washables and useables are all dirty

nice experience loved their service and food. Highly recommend since there is not enough hotels in Jammu

I enjoyed stay here as they provide lot's of amenities from basic to advance. great place to stay and enjoy vacations and get relax and rewind.

The hotel gave me a very nice room and the staff assistance was commendable. Very impressed. I have rated the place 5 star and i did not find any issue througout.

The rooms were of cheaper price then other places with similar facilities nearby. The place was cost effective in all the terms.

The booking process was quite convenient. It was booked fast, and payment was quite flexible. This made my experience easy and practical.

Not at all a well maintained place. Termites creeping over wall inside room. Dirty bed sheets and towels. All yellow stained.

The hotel's location is in a pretty small road. Bigger vehicles like innova, erotica might find it difficult to halt for luggage loading and unloading. Food provided at the hotel was the worst. We ordered 3 glasses of milk, and they mixed water in milk and gave us dilute milk in 3 glasses. They say "breakfast included" but there are no such dining/buffet facilities available. They bring food into the room. We ordered the said "included breakfast. They took a whole hour to deliver just 4 slices of bread and 3 plates of paratha. Service is soo poor that they provided all parathas in a single plate. When asked for extra plate, he brought just 1 extra plate when we were 4 people waiting. Overall we had the worst experience with ordering food.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days. With its pricing i feel this is a nice hotel to stay. Nearby market is excellent, location good being very near to transport facilities. I found at the reception person during day very nice supportive and helping to guide your tour. Food too good but a bit spicy. Overall with this price this is a good hotel.
