Super Hotel O Madurai Near Bus Stand

staff doesn't provide towels very poor maintenance bed lot of stains washroom can't use very poor maintenance staff very rude this is not hotel

No Water ,No cleanness,So dirty ,No kitchen,MMT shouldn't tiep with this kind of Hotel . No kitchen,still they are collecting Money Not even worth for 50 rupees per day .

Rooms not cleaning properly , especially room number 201 it's to worst really most disappointed for this hotel not suitable for business people

it was my most horrible experience of my life, full night I could not sleep,because of the room is infested with mosquitos and auditing fuel to the fire, when I opened the wardrobe I noticed cobwebs, dirty comforts, and tissue paper stuffed in the disposable tumbler. I had no choice but to call customer care call and complaints at 330am. I shown to the properity owner in the evening on my returned from business. he also agreed that the room is not maintained.

Worst hotel that I ever stayed.. There is no proper door lock, bathroom were not cleaned looks like a public toilet when informed management team there is no proper response.. We Booked the room totally waste of money. Such a disappointing room there is no dustbin also .. Pls when you are a couple or a family don't go here .. It's not safe at all...and also not to waste your money

Room and bathroom not clean. Bedsheets and pillow cover dirty and stinking. Ac not working. Staff was rude and not cooperating. My booking was with breakfast but not provided with breakfast.

Floor was not cleaned properly full of dust and hair Room full of mosquitoes no repellants provided Bed sheets and towels were stained despite of asking to change they brought even more worser bedsheets No provision of soap No breakfast provided but mentioned as complimentary breakfast will be provided on MMT Washrooms were very dirty with stained commode Can walk on the floor without chappals.. Corridors smelled with ciggerate smoke Nothing short of terrible experience

Very bad stay. Dirty bed sheets provided. The toilet is not clean. Ac is working but don't have any effect. Didn't sleep full night with mosquito bite. No lift available and they only provide the 2nd floor. Overall, i had a horrible experience staying here.

We can't stay the room

they haven't provided anything until we go and ask, no breakfast is provided after paying for it also. it's not recommended for families.

I was stayed there looks like a pg and cost is very high. Staff are not proper response and respect.
