Super Hotel O Manish Nagar

There is no way you can directly contact the hotel staff, they didn’t provide any ways. They didn’t even pick the phone even through make my trip app.The property is located at a place where this no restaurant, even food apps are delivered there. There was no toiletries, no drinking water, no kettle, no induction as was written and promised in the booking receipt. Nobody came to clean the room during 3days stay .

cleanliness and staff behaviour is too much good bed is too much comfortable i checked in on Time but few hours delay for check out they adjusted.

Amazing stay. Clean and hygienic within budget. The process for checking is seamless. Service was good and prompt.

The hotel is good, The location of the hotel is also very close, the staff is nice and I always enjoy staying here.

Receiving and breakfast not good

I went to this hotel in the first week of June.. it's good and clean. But the only thing is that u don't get any tea coffee or any nearby hotel to have any food . It includes a complimentary breakfast..but I didn't get any breakfast during my 3 day stay .

I had a pleasant stay here room is quite spacious according to price and all amenities are working properly

Room is Not clean and hygenic.even services of hotel is not good they are going to provide even single water bottle,highly disappointed hotel..I will not suggest to book this type of hotel

Hotel management is not cooperative at all. They don't provide any water bottles and charge higher than mrp which is ridiculous. There are mosquitos in room and when i called receptionist, he replied we don't have anything switch on fan and sleep. Pathetic response from hotel management. Rooms are small too suitable for solo travellers.

I have raised query on 1st day check in. I’m not stay completely 2 night. I have spend one night only. I just confirm when i get my balance payment refund date.

Makemytrip cheated me for this stay. They said that breakfast is included but at the hotel manager told me breakfast is not included. When i raised the issue with makemytrip customer support team, they did not show any interest in resolving my issue. So finally i had to pay for breakfast out of my own pocket when i had already paid for it during room booking. Makemytrip did not even compensate me for it toll today.

quite dirty and not cleaning the washroom regularly, staff behaviour is so rude. poor quality management.
