room was good but very small bed sheet and blanket was very dirty and bad smell was coming. they don't provide food. but staff behavior is very nice and supportive

One of the worst experiance stayed for 2 Days no complimentary water no tea Inspite of breakfast inclusion we had to follow may times to get really third class service your booking has completely ruined by Trip to Kolkatta hotel claims three start please someone should audit there facilities which is hard to digest

I thought that the hotel room costing is as per the image showing in the page but after check-in the room - I find room is very congested & it's not the standard room ! How it's going to be classic I can find this kind of facility - it's a lodge only where a patient party can stay . Totally congested & i should say it was a bad experience .
