We enjoyed our peaceful stay. Good housekeeping service and the bed was very comfortable. Great location too.

Our kid was over the moon happy here! We bonded beautifully as a family. Great staff, comfortable rooms, and amazing service throughout.

Terrible experience. I never had such bad experience. Room size is 6 feet*6 feet but in MMT Room size is showing as 135 sff. Room and wash room us very dirty. Hotel authority js not having a habit of changing Bedsheets once the room vacated. I have booked 3 rooms. 3 rooms are having full if mousquitos and cockroaches. No one is there to address the issues. simply the person sitting in the counter gave the room keys.

The worst hotel I have ever experienced there is no maintenance of the room so unhygienic .The washroom door handle was broken and inside the sink tap wasn't working and broken and better not to raise a point about hot water that was mentioned in room amenities no hot water is provided and cockroaches are crawling on the bed openly there is no doormat before washroom better not to stay this type of hotels again

The stay was highly disappointing. There was no power backup, hot water, or shower. The room had cockroaches, and the blankets, buckets, and mugs were in very poor condition. Daily room and washroom cleaning was not provided. Overall, not worth the money.

Absolutely terrible experience. I had booked two rooms for my family of six through MMT, and the booking clearly mentioned complimentary breakfast for all. But at the hotel, we were shocked when the staff rudely informed us that breakfast was only included for three people, as per their so-called “dashboard.” We tried showing our confirmation details, but they were dismissive and unhelpful. Imagine having elderly parents and family members who traveled long hours, only to be humiliated and left without the most basic expectation—breakfast. It completely ruined our morning and set a sour tone for the trip. As if that wasn’t enough, the rooms were tiny, not properly cleaned, and far from what was shown online. It felt like we had been misled at every step. Deeply disappointed. This place clearly doesn’t care about guests or customer experience. I would never recommend it—especially if you’re traveling with family. Stay away.

My stay at Super hotel O MG road formerly aditi is horrible..there is no maintenance at that hotel ACs and TVs are not completely not working...after my complaint they said they will check but not done.even there is no water in bathroom.waste of money I suggest nobody to book that hotel.

very bad reception was not provided with the towel, soap, no hot water and the both room not clean. romm fully coroach. remove from your list.

Worst maintenance 1. Water from A/c was leaking 2. TV was remotes not having cell, after changing cell, realised TV remotes are not working 3. Bathroom and toilet commode were stained 4. Bathroom drain outlet was not there, which kept open. 5. No stand for hand shower, which was left over the floor. 6. For two persons only one towel they provided, even after asking also didn't even give another towel 7. Door mats were not there 8. Bed sheets were poorly maintained, stains 9. Full of mosquitos 10. Just they gave the room key, didnt even come and show what is there in room, what not there.

Room full of mosquitoes, smell and very untidy. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to book such hotel for family. The geyser is not working nor A.C never worked properly

Horrible experience with this hotel. No good rooms or bedsheets. Even water in bathroom was not there. Morning hot water did not come. Leakages along the room walls, TV sets don't work.

Staffs are good. Room is ok. But cleaning is below average. Especially under the bed there are dust and garbage. Due to that so much mosquitoes are roaming around. Without mosquito this hotel room is good. We had to buy a mosquito net. Because my daughter was with me. Under the bed cleaning is must.
