Hotel Navya Grand

1) Hotel is hard to reach, no cab accepts the booking to go there. Somehow we had to go by rental bike, road is so bad that even bike driver faced difficulties. 2)No expected cooperation from hotel staff, didn't even assist the lady to her room while she was having luggage with her. (As it was the lady guest who arrived first). 3) For 3 hours of early arrival they charged more than a total extra day price. That's more than double the price. 4)Dirty and stained bedsheet, finally they changed on multiple requests. 5)While we were sleeping after whole day travel, they continuously knocked the door and woke us up just to ask whether we would like to order their meals(when we already had dinner outside and then returned to hotel and slept).

room was quite good not so bad in this budget it was ok food there were serving was nice on issue in the room is if we open the window at evening there are to many mosquito and the hotel is too much inside the town shot roads car will be little tough to take so take care of that remain all was good

The hotel reception staff was very rude, they were not allowing them to check in at twelve o'clock in the night, while the Aadhaar card of the primary guest was hard copy and the soft copy of the second guest was in the mobile, kya kar lega nhi krne denge check in...kah raha tha hotel malik bhi mera kuch nhi kar skte mai nhi krne dunga maine video bnaya par usne video delete krwa dia bahut krne par check in dia raat k 1:30am par 1.5hrs argument k baad

well furnished room with Restaurant attached. But to reach is little difficult........... book and enjoy

As soon as i entered the hotel, the reception staff started arguing fr excess payment and denied me check inn. During checkout even then they were doubtful l of my food charges payment while i have already paid. It seems like i am a thief and would run away without payment. I asked fr a spoon they denied. For my 2 days stay they didnt even clean the room once. Very pathetic hotel staff

My stay at Hotel Navya Grand was a complete nightmare. The receptionist was incredibly rude. Instead of apologizing for the confusion, he was very rude and hinted he might not honor my booking, even going as far as to say they only accept bookings from OYO. It was as if they cared more about their preferred platform than customer satisfaction. Their thinly veiled threat about potentially denying me a room at the booked price next time was the final straw. The lack of respect for customers and refusal to honor legitimate bookings is simply unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel - it's not worth the hassle.

The room was perfect in every way, from its elegant appearance to the way everything was arranged was good.
