Super Hotel O New Alipore

Everything runs smoothly at this hotel. Our room was ready on time. Staff was efficient while still being friendly and helpful to us.

Super hotel O Alipore is ok location wise but there is no food and stay is horrible with a feel of an abandoned building and damaged room condition.

I was greeted warmly by the staff. My room was ready and clean. They made sure I had everything needed for a good stay.

Property's location was easy to find, services were fast, it was clean, it wasn't the best, but for budget travellers it's good.

The condition of the room was very bad. leakage of water from everywhere from bathroom and rain time. Anything asked to the receptionist they take is as granted , rooms was not cleaned regularly, after many telling many times they came for cleaning...overall very bad experience.

Staff treated me like family while maintaining professional boundaries. Perfect balance of warmth and professionalism.

The taps had no water! I reported to the receptionist but no response. Also the bedsheets had burn marks of cigarettes and the rooms were excess small. They had no management

First of all it was given to me after some miscommunication between my booked hotel and your app. Conditon of room was poor. Even the bedsheets were torn. Complimentary breakfast was also not given

People are very good but the room was very bad. No charging ports, dark room, stained mattress, and the water smelt like sewage.

The quiet setting and neat arrangement made it an excellent choice for a relaxing and rejuvenating break.
