Rooms good but no restaurant near by lodge and mainly staff is not local they can't know anything about hyderabad

First of all he has his own set of rules which is not mentioned in property rule. He denied our booking menting id card is not visible property, where as the id was clearly visible, it was late night. Money is already deducted, he denied to return the money and behavior was so rude. Have to book another hotel in midnight.

The rooms are spacious well maintained. The night manager was very arrogant and didn’t behave properly.

Our stay was excellent, with great cleanliness maintained by the housekeeping staff.
