Super Hotel O North Kalamassery

Solo travel here was easy. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Check in was quick and everything worked properly throughout my visit.

Got good rest during my solo stay. Room was quiet and clean. Staff were polite and helpful when I needed anything from them.

We really felt comfortable throughout. The room was cozy and welcoming. Feeling at ease made our stay much more enjoyable and relaxing overall.

Staff shared great tips about hidden gems. We discovered places we never would have found alone.

Complimentary breakfast not provided from the hotel so I spent rs 600/- for that in addition to the huge rent.

Horrible experience. Not at all clean completely dirty.Even the location is also too remote. They didn’t even provide breakfast which was included in the booking which was already paid during booking

There is no Restaurant near And Manager ask me 1500 ₹ for check in early morning and is behaviour is soo rood

The stay at Hotel O North Kalamassery, Cochin was not either good or bad ... would give a mid rating ... they can definitely do better on ensuring privacy - there were 2 large openings in the bathroom, makes us a bit anxious about security ....even the cleanliness is a little lesser than expected . Overall on the neatness level would still give 2-3 stars ...there is no mirror in the bathroom which is very inconvenient...no heater and hot water though the fittings for geyser is seen .... all these won't need much investment... just a will to give the customer convenience....the reception staff seemed OK , again not very professional.... but also not rude or anything in behavior ... overall lot of scope for improvement

very poor room, Badly smell sigarette. there is no heater in the room, Bathroom door lock is complaint. lock hole cover by cotton. And also bedsheet is not tide.

It was basically an OYO lodge with a fancy name to sync with O by Tamara. From a business stay perspective it won’t be a good fit to even start with. Apart from that, room was clean. Staff was fine.

when i booked my stay at the hotel, it was mentioned that breakfast is complimentary but actually there was no arrangement of food, not even on payment basis, i decided not to stay in the hotel because the area was also such that no decent eating options were available nearby, so i left and went to another hotel, my whole amount got wasted
