Super Hotel O Pillars House

Truly speaking rooms are average with a small area inside, not so spacious. If you have a problem of suffocating or something like that then 55 pillars house should not be the right choice. Another major problem is, the property located at a bit uphill area and you have to climb up a couple of slope way to reach the Super Hotel O Pillars House. Could you believe there is no marking or even if any OYO marked board present that you could find the property without any sort of getting harassed? Otherwise, outward of the property decorated nicely with local bamboo crafts, which looks good at night. Food also was average, not so good that much only can serve the purpose.

It was an awesome stay in 55 Pillars House. The hospitality was amazing and I loved the atmosphere as the Super Hotel O Pillars House was slightly outside the City centre. The washroom was very clean and spacious. They ensured my room was immaculate on a daily basis. I was impressed by all of the staff in the Super Hotel O Pillars House. They arranged a taxi for our tour. On the other hand the food was excellent. Overall it was an awesome stay at a very low and reasonable price.

Coming to first major disadvantage location it is located at extremely steep uphill topmost location, reaching there with all luggage is nearly impossible and then if you go by cab it's very risky (if not a professional driver). The cleanliness is moderate and so so, not very good and appreciable. Food charges in the Super Hotel O Pillars House are very high, so it's better to go to the nearby market and eat there. The owner is a very polite and kind guy.

A weekend getaway, couldn't have been better. The Super Hotel O Pillars House was extremely well kept and clean. The staff behavior was so nice that I couldn't even believe. The manager also arranged us a cab at a very low price for sightseeing. We were provided with purified water and the WiFi was also flawlessly working although the speed was a bit slow but that was absolutely alright.

Location was ok, far from the main market place of Shillong i.e. police bazar. The taxi fare is high to reach there. Staff is good and courteous. Food is costly, therefore my suggestion is to avoid dinner or lunch at the Super Hotel O Pillars House. There are many eateries at police bazar where you can find reasonable good food.

I booked a single room, but the bed was for 2 person which is good. Cleanroom and bathroom. I got the room in front of the reception and sometimes I heard the footsteps from the floor above my room. Food was not good and costly. Everything is good except the food.

Hi, had a good and comfortable stay. Even though the rooms were smaller than expected, the overall stay was good. The best part was the staff were very generous, supportive and helpful. My five starts is all out for the staff which made the stay amazing!

Away from hustle bustle, basic food, quick service. No nonsense place if you like peace and quite. Basic food available within the schedules provided. Good place for Solo travellers or individuals without kids.
