Hotel's facilities mentioned on the website didn't match...everything seemed very old and no maintenance at all...room was very pathetic and dirty...staff were not efficient. overall very poor experience.

The toilet door is unsafe from inside. Problem for ladies. No saving mirror inside the toilet. An obstacle wardrobe above the bed. As per the rent charged provided room is not good quality.

As per the reservation there was included dinner and breakfast but the hotel had denied providing food as they said their restaurant was closed and they are not providing food making reservations from makemytrip app.
