Super Hotel O Qualia Nallagandla

Rooms are clean and hygien. Service also good. Internet connectivity is bit slow. Overall it was good.

It was a good stay. I frequently stay at this place whenever I am in Hyderabad. There are many eating joints nearby.

It is ideally located very near to other gated communities in Nallagandla. Ideal for a short stay. Car parking is sufficient. Size of Rooms is good with working Geysers etc. Tvs are not working properly. Bed linen etc can be cleaner. No restaurant with the Hotel.

The hotel is clean and location is good. The receptionist was very kind and understanding. When one of our friend had a minor accident, he helped us a lot by taking them to the hospital and even giving them a short tour of the area. He was very friendly and kind. Very good person. I think his name was Raju.

I have been a regular guest of qualia for the past many months. They provide excellent service at affordable prices. But this time, i had a very bad experience. Pests began to come out from the head rest of the bed at night and it happened to be a big trouble, making me stay awake till morning.

Property location is good, no doubt on it. But could maintain better service. I stayed there for 2 days in 2 differnt rooms due to non working of ac in 1 room and hearter probelm in other room. And when we raise a query they suggest us, we should check everything in prior instead of them for customers.
