Super Hotel O Raipur

At the time of check-in there was no staff present. I had to wait 1 hour for them. When asked for water, there was no availability of that, no toiletries given, unclean room, no wifi facility. I didn’t know for what I had paid them money.

did not get drinking water and staff told you have to bring water with you, we don't provide water for drinking, also when I complaint no one came to resolve room was pathetic with no lock and breakfast was just for formality and very bad brought from outside of 10 rs

I expected more from the is hotel but I literally didn’t get any basic service which we suppose to have. They decline any request which i asked like wifi was not working, Cable TV not recharge, not getting tea or even water bed quality was also bed even for thi value

it is a hotel in a colony, Not a good experience. Lift was not working, The room is average only. Service very poor. Did not provide proper toiletries. No dental care kit, No shaving kit, No hair care kit. only one towel for two occupancy. No entertainment. No value for money. if you get is below per night then only tak it if you need nightstay only

No room service available, okd bedsheets and pillow covers provided, condom wrappers found in the cupboard

The location of this hotel is good just 500 meters from AIIMS Raipur, the rooms have enough space, however the bedding was not good, hygience is not maintained properly, Need to improve their facilities, otherwise a good hotel to stay, the hotel staff is generous

Property maintains hygiene & cleanness except bed stuff. Don’t opt for morning breakfast because they have only Poha & Maggi in menu.

The property is located in a very prime location. The rooms are affordable and very nice. The service is also very good. a very Overall a very nice place to stay for your trip

The staff was very rude and not at all welcoming they didn’t know how to talk the service was also not so good for the price we paid, rooms were okay no complaints but the staff behaviour was not at all polite they could be a little soft and generous to the customers especially with women overall the stay was 3. 5 out of 10

I liked the location, because it's near aiims and there is no rush of busy vehicles. Rooms were available with a/c, fan, tv, hotel water, wifi, room service, etc. And most importantly the room cost is very less compared to all other hotels nearby.

Had a fantastic experience the hotel's ambiance was delightful the room was comfortable everything was perfect.

A decent option for a short visit, this place is just fantastic
