I stayed during my last visit in kolkata. It was nice stay. Staffs were very co-operative and nice behaved. Definitely people also can stay with family. Little bit inside from main road but will be suitable for people who wanna access new town and vip road side.

The service is good and reasonable with price. Room and bathroom is neat and clean. Room is also spacious. Water is available all day. Ac system is perfect
