Most Worst Experience: The primary member had their Aadhaar card, but the secondary member was carrying only a soft copy. While I completely respect the rules, I simply requested if they could allow us. They denied the request, which was acceptable. However, what really bothered me was that they started discussing among themselves how careless people are to forget their Aadhaar card — that felt disrespectful. In almost every hotel, lifts are available for guests, but in this hotel, only employees were using the lift. When I asked about it, they said it wasn’t working, yet I saw them using it multiple times. The rooms were unhygienic and full of cockroaches. Moreover, the staff did not show proper hospitality or any welcoming gesture toward guests. Please avoid collaborating with such hotels where guest experience is not a priority. I booked this hotel through MMT and would like to claim a concession for this unpleasant experience.

This was a great stop during my travels. It gave me the space and quiet I needed without any trouble.

Stay at Redstone Hotel was not good, they allot the worst room. Room was very small, bedsheet was smelly and had hole in it, room door were broken. Room floor was dirty

AC room not provided. The person at front desk told he will not provide room if I book online. So, kind attention to fellow traveller's.

food service bohat acha deta hai. room maine 1000ka book kiya tha likin 300rupees badme extra liya or acha room vi diya .

No windows, ac defunct, fan was direct on speed 5, regulator missing, soggy bed, terrible washroom, torn bucket. Dirty smelly room

Room has shown into make mytrip was not same and no cleanliness and bedsheet and pillow was not clean

Beds were smelly and blankets was smelling like dustbin, space was too much congested and maintenance is zero. Everything was so messed up.
