Staff behaviour is excellent. Food is tasty , rooms are best.

I have book room with Air conditioner and breakfast booking was done in full advance payment but hotel have no air conditioner no breakfast no water bottle

It was amazing the stay the food everything , gonna come back for sure and also recommend this place to all my friends

Very bad hotel, staff is available on reception, location was not clear on Google map , contact no not available on the booking receipt, and room is not clear like bed sheet,pellow cover, very bad experience in this hotel

This hotel is a 3rd class hotel please don't stay here they have no reception no restaurant totally worth

Room was not that much hygiene, 1) Toilet shuttle broken, after complain problem not solved. 2) Help line phone was not working condition 3) Bed are too old and every time sitting it’s gives very horror sound 4) Towels are not available 5) not dental kit, no soaps 6) toilet roof was leaking

Hotel is denied check in even after pre payment and booking and also shifted to poor quality hotel then

very pathetic condition of room, no breakfast but mentioned in MMT free breakfast, smelly room , very bad room , torn pillow & smelly blanket , zero amenity , not even water served

It was mentioned that there would be Towels and air conditioner available in the hotel but it was not there. Also it was not safe place to live. We had to come in before 11pm if we go outside to explore because they close the main entrance. It is actually a restaurant and they have prepared rooms on the top of restaurant so there is only one restraunt. Please do not show such hotels and if someone is selling their room then make sure it is a proper Room. IT WAS NOT A SAFE PLACE!! WATER WAS NOT AVAILABLE AS WELL!!

Overall good but incomplementary water bottle or water is not available & Electric blanket per day one room 100 rs charges extra is there if you book another hotel that electric blanket extra charges are not there

We recently stayed at Super Hotel O Residency Road, Srinagar, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, we were surprised to find that the hotel charged extra for basic amenities like a heating blanket and even water bottles. These should have been included in the room price. The washroom exhaust was not functioning properly, which made the bathroom quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Another major issue was the outdated charging points—our mobile chargers couldn't fit in them, which was quite inconvenient. The toiletries provided were minimal—just one tiny soap, and we had to specifically request a towel at the reception. There were no tissues in the room either. Overall, the stay was not up to expectations. The hotel needs to improve its services and include essential amenities without extra charges. Would not recommend unless these issues are addressed.

The photos are doctored and the hotel is actually no more than a shady run down dungeon. Rooms smell of cigarettes and it doesn’t look like a safe place for families.

It was a terrible stay at Hotel O residency at Srinagar. First of all, they charged 100 rupees extra for an electric mattress. Nothing was mentioned about this extra charge while booking the stay. Secondly, I have booked the stay along with breakfast, but in the next morning, they just simply denied that no breakfast can be provided while my booking voucher mentions inclusion of breakfast with my stay for which I have paid extra. Then where is that extra amount gone? I am deeply disappointed with the stay here and I will never ever recommend anyone here in future for staying even for 10 mins.

Very bad experience for this place. Dirty blanket no electric cattle no flooring mat no complimentary water bottles no any facilities.
