The rooms were not clean and too small for accommodation. The staff was supportive but ideally the cleanliness should be maintained before hand.

i didn't get booked rooms, i think. Different one, very noise, i get room from storage room. room serves slowly.

Hygiene is good. Rooms are of decent size. Stay was good minimal disturbance. Only concern was i had to call staff multiple times for towel and other small things

The room was clean and maintain nicely. Washroom was clean. It was nice tk stay there. But area sqrft of room was small.

The hotel offers good service, with attentive and friendly staff. While the location is a bit out of the way and may not be ideal for easy access to key attractions, the quality of service more than compensates. Reasonably priced, making it a great value for the level of care provided.

In short service level has been detoriated. Un hygienic rooms, non properly clean wash rooms, leaking taps and dirty re used linen are the common concerns. Break fast is bad to worst.

It’s was pleasant stay with them but there some small things they need to work on which was there all linen has black mols, towels has stains. As they promised in voucher for wifi which was not working. When we asked for room cleaning he started irrelevant things.

Room was not kept ready even after informing in advance. Smoking smell inside the room, they took time of almost half hour to 45 mins to clean and ready the room. Used bedsheet was provided.

Location too far away from city and veg item very less choice from menu as well as not any morning breakfast facilities. It's restaurant open 11am room is short
