New family storytelling traditions were born here. Room encouraged sharing memories and staff listened to our family stories with interest.

Our kids felt so welcome here. Staff were friendly to them. Room was big enough for all four of us. Clean and comfortable throughout our stay.

Staff clearly had experience with children. They anticipated our needs and offered helpful suggestions for activities.

Our child loved looking out the window. The view was pleasant and made our morning coffee time even more enjoyable.

Could stream videos without any buffering. Upload our photos quickly to share. Work calls were clear and stable.

The hotel provided perfect family relaxation! Our youngster was comfortable throughout. We felt more united as a family.

This hotel makes solo travel easy. Room had good storage space and staff were helpful with my questions about the area.

Room had comfortable bed and workspace. Staff was patient with questions and provided detailed information about local culture.

The condition of the room was awful. There was no sanitation at all. The condition of the washroom was pathetic too. No toiletries, and basic amenities like Brush, colgate were there. I booked a room for Rs. 1600 with complementary breakfast, however, no food was given. It was a total waste of money. Most importantly, The name board, which was shown while booking, was not there. All in all,It was an awful experience.

The room was very dirty and there was no television and rain water coming inside the room by window This was my worst experience ever

Don’t go there , and if you want to book room don’t do it, Because this name hotel is not there , if you by mistake pay or online book your money is going to waste,

I had booked hotel as per description of ur site and paid amount in advance for 3 nights. when I reached hotel, it was surprising to know that the name of hotel actual were totally different. Hotel name at ur website was Super Hotel O whereas there it was Silver Crown. I reached hotel at around 6 pm hrs. Receptionist told me that room is not available and i will have to wait for an hour for other guest to leave the room. check out time mentioned was 12:00 pm. they arranged one room to sit for an hour. At around 7:30 pm I was asked to move another room. I shifted as it was night time and I didn't had any other option. The room was very dirty, very small, water logged into bathroom while taking bath, toilet spray not working. Suddenly there was no water in the bathroom at around 9:30 hrs. There was no telephone in d room to contact reception. I went down and informed the reception. I was assured that they will shift me to desired room next day. I had booked room for three persons. There was no tv in the room. Next day morning they told me to shift to another room. In this room, bathroom dint had a latch, so I told reception. I was moving with family for site seen so I told them to repair by evening. I was forced to compromise as make my trip had collected full payment for 3 nights However, when I came in d evening I was told that they cannot repair the latch nor they can change the room. At this time I called make my trip customer care where in he was unable to resolve my problem. So i left the hotel with my wife n daughter at 8:00 pm hrs and managed to get hotel for two nights. This was the worst experience one could have. I will go for legal advise and take up the matter with customer grievance very soon. regards Premanand Dhumaskar

Super disgusting hotel, zero cleanliness, poor staff, poor hygiene, dirty linens it should be a zero rating.

Property name changed. Very tough to identify. Hotel condition is pathetic. They should not run hotel as they have no sense how to run.

The room is small smell is not good washroom is not so clean no drinking water anyone come and disturb

Picked this star hotel for a quick stay. The rooms were basic but tidygood experience. Rooms are spacious. Service is prompt. Liked the stay.
