Super Hotel O Sakinaka Andheri Kurla Road

The staff was very arrogant and rude. They didn’t provided the water bottle which every hotel does they asked us to purchase. They didn’t got us the towels as the laundryman didn’t came. Showed 3rooms but worst laundry. Besheeets were stained. No blankets were given. The worst stay ever.

The property was in bad condition, roof was falling and leaking. Room has a lot of insects and cockroaches.

The space in the room is quite less and the cleanliness is horrible in the hotel. Also the staff is not very professional. In actuality the room is not matching with the photo listed

The hotel was really good, clean and spacious, location is also good as per my office location, it's in the millennium park itself. Hotel Food is good and tasty. (Bit costly though) I will prefer booking again and suggesting to my friends too. Staff was very cooperative

Worst experience. They gave us very tiny room of 90sqft. Was not at all able to move around the room . Even keeping luggage was difficult. Didn’t check in in that room. Want my money back

I stayed at the most beautiful, elegant-looking hotel. The rooms are unique, with stunning views. The room rates are reasonable, too. I will come back for sure!

The room was very small. Complimentary water was also not available. There were insects in the bathroom

We did not stay there, we called up many times but no one picked up our call. We could not locate hotel. We texted in mmt also but no one helped us We could not check in. But we paid so now please refund as we could not check in

We have enjoyed this property. All the facilities are top notch and location is easily accessible from Saki naka metro

One of terrible hotel and room, i prefers you should remove them from your preferred hotels. Nasty rotten smell and i changed the hotel that night. No water no o the facility was provided in the room

It was a terrible experaince, i did not get any room nor any refund, hotel staff denied for stay saying, they dont have any rooms available. I lost not only my money, because it was non refundable booking but also did not got any room. I am never going to book hotel again with make my trip again. It was my official trip to mumbai and there is many more to come, but due to this incident i will never book a hotel again using mmt. Thanks
